I had the opportunity to work with Klip on another large garden install, this time in the deserts of Arizona. My two main roles were techinical prep for all of the installations and conent creation for the Butte Install.

Because the install was in Arizona and Klip is based in Philadelphia, there was an immediate need to recreate all of the garden areas of the installation, not only for previz, but also to be used in the mapping process for the final install. I used a combination of photogrammatry (for all the garden beds) and geographical data from the garden (for the butte) to create accurate models of all the installations. I used Reality Capture for the scans, and Houdini for all the retopology, and UV layout.
